Petty Professor sells apparel, accessories, and related products designed with humor, comfort, creativity, and care.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, refuse service, cancel orders, or reject transactions at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, fulfillment limitations, or violation of these Terms.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method when applicable.
4. Orders & Order Acceptance
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. Your order is considered accepted when we confirm it and begin processing it.
You are responsible for reviewing your order details before checkout, including product style, size, color, quantity, shipping address, spelling for any personalized items, and contact information.

5. Made-to-Order, Custom & Final Sale Items
Many Petty Professor products are made to order or produced specifically after your purchase. This helps reduce waste and allows us to offer a wider variety of designs and products.
Made-to-order, personalized, custom, and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Custom work may include, but is not limited to, group orders, names, numbers, special prints, limited requests, or designs created specifically for your team, school, organization, event, or community.

6. Shipping
Shipping rates, delivery options, and estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout when available.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the items in your order and your delivery destination. Some orders may arrive in separate packages if they include products fulfilled by different production partners.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather events, fulfillment delays, incorrect shipping addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery timing.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as production or fulfillment has not already begun.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please email hello@pettyprofessor.com as soon as possible.
Once production or fulfillment has begun, we may not be able to modify or cancel your order.
8. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us and our payment processors to charge your order total, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, and fees.
Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required or arranged.
9. Promotions, Discounts & Gift Offers
Promotions, discount codes, referral credits, free shipping offers, and other special offers are subject to the terms stated at the time of the offer.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions may not be combined, transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively to previous purchases.
We may modify, suspend, or end promotions at any time.
10. Reviews, Photos & User Content
If you submit reviews, comments, photos, testimonials, ideas, feedback, social media tags, or other content related to Petty Professor (“User Content”), you grant Petty Professor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, share, and distribute that content for marketing, promotional, operational, and business purposes.
Please do not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, false, misleading, infringing, abusive, discriminatory, or violates the rights of another person or business.
We may remove or decline to publish User Content at our discretion.
11. Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, product names, logos, photos, website copy, product descriptions, artwork, digital content, and other materials on this site are owned by Petty Professor LLC or used with permission from our licensors, collaborators, vendors, or service providers.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, resell, distribute, imitate, scrape, upload, publish, exploit, or use our content, designs, products, branding, or website materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
No license or ownership rights are granted to you except the limited right to use this website for personal, non-commercial shopping.
Translation: admire the merch, wear the merch, gift the merch. Don’t copy the merch.
