We design courageous apparel. You agree not to copy our work, misuse our content, or “vibe-check” our merch for resale without permission. Drops are limited and made with care. Wear responsibly.

1) Overview

This website and store are operated by Petty Professor LLC (“Petty Professor,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and all policies referenced here (including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy).

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform we use to sell products and services to you.

2) Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province to use the Services. You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Provide accurate, current information and update it as needed.

3) Orders, Pricing & Availability

All orders are offers to purchase; we may reject or cancel an order (e.g., for suspected fraud, inventory, or pricing errors). Prices, product descriptions, and availability may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

4) Custom Items & Final Sale

Personalized/custom products (e.g., player names/numbers, special prints) are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order is confirmed. See our Return & Refund Policy for details. Please double-check sizing, spelling, and selections before checkout.

5) Shipping & Local Pickup

We ship to U.S. addresses and offer Pickup by Appointment at eligible locations. Do not arrive for pickup without an appointment; we’ll text you when your order is ready and provide the pickup address then. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and carrier delays are outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier or pickup.

6) Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout and charge upon order placement. You authorize us (and Shopify’s processors) to process your payment and any refunds to the original method when applicable.

7) Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions, referral credits, and discount codes are single-use, non-transferable, and may not be combined unless stated. We may modify or end promotions at any time.

8) User Content & Reviews

If you submit reviews, photos, ideas, or other content (“User Content”), you grant Petty Professor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content for marketing and operational purposes. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

9) Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, product names, copy, photos, logos, and other content on the site are the intellectual property of Petty Professor or our licensors and are protected by law. No license is granted except to view the site for personal, non-commercial shopping. You may not copy, reproduce, adapt, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the site or our designs without prior written consent.

10) Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to violate IP or privacy rights; (c) to send malware, spam, or harmful code; (d) to scrape or harvest data; (e) to attempt to bypass security; (f) to misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or (g) in any manner that interferes with others’ use of the Services. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

11) Third-Party Services & Links

We may provide access to third-party tools or link to third-party sites. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for those sites, their content, or policies. Use them at your own discretion and review their terms.

12) Warranties & Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated, the Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation, or that defects will be corrected.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petty Professor and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages (including lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption) arising from your use of the Services or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

(Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain exclusions; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.)

14) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Petty Professor LLC and our affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Texas for any dispute not subject to arbitration where applicable.

16) Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Services (or any part of them) at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

18) Arbitration & Class Action Waiver (Optional but Recommended)

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of our Services, or your purchase of our products will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis.

• Arbitration will be administered by a recognized arbitration association (such as AAA) under its rules.

• You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding.

• This agreement does not prevent you from seeking claims in small claims court where jurisdiction applies.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
