Petty Professor Pieces (Non-Custom Items)
If your item doesn’t feel right — fit, comfort, fabric, or overall vibe — you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Your item must be:
- unworn
- unwashed
- free of odors, stains, or pet hair
- in the same condition you received it
(We don’t use sewn-in neck tags, so “original condition” just means it looks new.)
Please include your order number.
How to Start a Return
Email rts@pettyprofessor.com to request a return authorization.
Once approved, we’ll send a prepaid label or return instructions.
Items sent back without authorization won’t be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:
- we made an error, or
- your item arrived damaged
If we provide a prepaid label, its cost will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Custom Orders (Final Sale)
Custom work is a separate lane — limited requests, group orders, names, numbers, or designs created specifically for your team, school, or community.
These items are final sale once your order is confirmed.
If your custom item arrives damaged or incorrect, email rts@pettyprofessor.com within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We’ll fix it quickly.

EU Customers
If your order ships to the European Union, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for non-custom items.
Custom or personalized goods cannot be returned.
Items must be unused and in original condition.
