Refund policy

We want you to love your order.

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns

Items eligible for return must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Free of odors, stains, or pet hair
  • In the same condition you received them

Please include your order number when contacting us.

Final Sale Items

Made-to-order, personalized, custom, and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Size Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? It happens.

Email hello@pettyprofessor.com within 30 days of delivery, and we'll help you with the next steps.

Items submitted for exchange must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and any price or shipping difference associated with a size exchange unless the error was ours. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

How to Start a Return

Email hello@pettyprofessor.com to request return authorization.

Once approved, we'll provide return instructions.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:

  • We made an error.
  • Your item arrived damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong item.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours or required by law.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@pettyprofessor.com.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email hello@pettyprofessor.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations


Need to make a change?

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as production or fulfillment has not already begun.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please email hello@pettyprofessor.com as soon as possible.

Once production or fulfillment has begun, we may not be able to modify or cancel your order.


Return Address

Approved returns should be sent to the address provided in your return authorization instructions.

Please do not send items back before contacting us, as return locations may vary depending on how your order was fulfilled.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

This right does not apply to personalized, custom-made, or other items exempt under applicable law.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
